遇到国外客户说“病毒是中国的”,如何duǐ回去并让他下单

这两天有人告诉我,模仿我写涨价通知给客户发了邮件后,不但没有逼单成功,还惹怒了一些老外。(邮件原文:不提价格的“涨价通知”,逼单效果立竿见影,适合任何客户

老外们气势汹汹地质问:

病毒是中国带给世界的,为什么中国政府不负责?中国也印了很多钱,凭什么只说美国印钱?

反正呢,就是各种不服。

遇到这种情况,外贸业务员会有两种常见的反应:

第1种:维护祖国,跟客户吵起来,最后不欢而散。

第2种:不做回应,刻意回避。俗称“装死”。

不管是哪种,都没有达到想要的效果,我们给客户发邮件的初衷,并不是要跟他起冲突,而是要让他尽快下单。

说白了,那个涨价通知只是结合当下大环境的一种逼单技巧而已。当有些客户邮件内容产生对抗情绪的时候,比较理智的做法,应该是文明地㨃回去。

针对这种情况,我又写了一封邮件,可以专门用来回应那些脑子简单的老外。

这段话既文明,不伤和气,还能最大限度地提高成交概率。

邮件有点长,仅供参考,如果有些培训机构想拿去做培训卖钱,最好先告诉我一下,或者先洗洗搞,免得现场翻车。

您大概误会了我的意思,我并不想争论新冠病毒的起源、以及中国政府是否也大规模超发了货币。因为这些讨论对你我的生意毫无意义。

You may have misunderstood me. I don’t want to argue about the origin of the COVID-19 and whether China government has also issued currency on a large scale. Because these discussions are meaningless to our business.

我想要表达的是,中国商品的出口价格持续上涨是一个必然趋势,理智的生意人应该在看清趋势后作出最有利于自己的选择。

What I want to express is that, it is an inevitable trend that the export prices of Chinese goods will continue to rise. Rational businessmen should make the most favorable choice after seeing  trend clearly.

说实在的,病毒起源于哪里,对普通人而言并不重要,重要的是,新冠病毒在全世界蔓延、且给全球经济造成重大打击的事实已经存在了。

To be honest, it doesn’t matter to ordinary people where the virus originated. What’s important is that the fact of  COVID-19 has spread all over the world and caused a major blow to the global economy already exists.

如果我猜的没错,永远不可能有国家承认病毒来自本国,因为不可能有国家有能力或者有勇气,对全世界的经济承担责任,这不符合国家利益。所以,病毒起源于哪里,至少在我们的有生之年,有可能会成为一个无头案。

If I guess correctly, there will never be a country that recognizes that the virus comes from its own country, because there can never be a country that has  courage or ability to take responsibility for the world economy, which is not in the national interest. So where the virus originated, at least in our lifetime, may become a unsolved mistery.

我理解您的愤怒,可以预料到,不少和中国不睦、或者认为中国影响了自己利益的国家都会趁机指责中国。就像中国人在国内看到的报道也大多是说病毒来自别的国家一样。

I understand your anger. It can be expcepted that some countries that are not at peace with China or think that China has affected their interests will take the opportunity to criticize China. Just like many reports that Chinese people see in China also say that the virus comes from other countries.

我觉得一个理智的成年人应该明白,任何一个国家的主流媒体,都是为统治集团服务的,不太可能会去主动去抨击自己,赞扬对手。 对一些涉政报道,我们看看就行了。太容易被一些报道引导情绪并不是什么好事。

I think a rational adult should understand that the mainstream media always serve the ruling group whatever in any country. How can they take the initiative to attack themselves and praise their opponents? So, when we read some political reports, just have a look . It’s not a good thing to be too easily guided by some reports.

2020年及2021年,美国货币超发9000亿美金+1.9万亿美金,接下来还将出台3万亿美金的基建方案。

In 2020 and 2021, the U.S. currency  exceed 900 billion dollars+1.9 trillion , followed by a 3 trillion U.S. dollar infrastructure plan.

著名博客 Zerohedge认为,美联储需要在2021年将其每月量化宽松(QE)规模增加一倍以上,才能保障美债价格维持在2020年水平。

According to the famous blog zerohedge, the US Federal Reserve needs to  double its monthly quantitative easing (QE) scale in 2021 to ensure that US bond prices remain at the 2020 level.

事实我们也看到了,美国财政部预计将在2021年4月至6月期间发行4630亿美元净可流通债券,高于2月估计的950亿美元。

In fact, we also see that the US Treasury expects to issue $463 billion of net negotiable bonds between April and June 2021, higher than the $95 billion estimated in February.

这么多美金流入市场之后,对价格的影响显而易见。

With so many dollars coming into the market, the impact on prices is obvious.

do you still fantasize that the price will not rise?

再告诉您一个事实,2020年全球超发的货币高达18万亿美元,占全球GDP的21%。

Let me tell you another fact: in 2020, the world’s super issued currency will reach 18 trillion US dollars, accounting for 21% of the global GDP.

为什么超发货币?道理很简单啊,不能让美国把自己的危机转嫁到自己头上,不能让美国掠夺本国的资源。

Why do we issue more money? The reason is very simple. We can’t let the United States pass on its own crisis and plunder its own resources.

所以,如果您还想继续把生意做下去,还在等什么呢?

So if you want to continue your business, what are you waiting for?

您可以再考虑一下,是否趁着目前的情况追加订单,或者把今年的订单一次性确定,从而锁定价格,确保下半年的稳定。

You can consider whether to take advantage of the current situation to add orders, or confirm this year’s orders at one time, so as to lock in the price and ensure the stability of the second half of the year.

危机和机遇永远是并存的,有些人会在危机中死,有些人却因为抓住机而获得了生存并壮大的机会。

Crisis and opportunity always coexist. Some people will die in the crisis, but some people get the chance to survive and grow bigger by seizing the opportunity.
